Your role in the classroom

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs

Helping them navigate routine, communication and emotional regulation

Working alongside teachers and the SENDCo to build a personalised plan

Encouraging confidence, independence and small daily successes

Being a reliable, compassionate presence throughout the school day
