What you’ll be doing

Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs

Helping them manage routines, communication, transitions, and sensory breaks

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and therapy staff to keep things consistent

Using simple, structured strategies to help your pupil engage in learning

Celebrating progress in all its forms, big and small
What we’re looking for
-
Experience with SEND, or strong transferable experience from care, youth work, coaching, or similar
-
Someone who stays calm during tricky moments and brings positivity into the room
-
A great communicator who can build trust quickly
-
A reliable team player who is willing to get fully involved in school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
