We’re on the lookout for compassionate, committed Learning Support Assistants to work one-to-one with pupils in primary schools. These children need someone in their corner - someone patient, consistent, and brilliant at building trust.

Whether you're experienced in SEN or simply passionate about supporting children with additional needs, we’ve got roles that match your skills and values.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting a pupil with specific learning or behavioural needs

  • Creating safe, structured, and inclusive learning environments

  • Working closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists

  • Helping pupils access the curriculum and school life with confidence

  • Celebrating small wins, every single day

You’ll thrive if you:

  • Have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs

  • Know how to stay calm and positive in tricky moments

  • Bring warmth, consistency, and empathy to your work

  • Can commit to 5 days a week in a long-term role
