Our partner SEN schools in Durham need 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistants who can support pupils with SEMH, autism, and behavioural challenges in a calm, consistent way.
You’ll be supporting:

Emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

One pupil, one plan, plenty of teamwork

Learning, routines, and social interaction
This role suits you if:

You’ve worked in SEN, care, PRUs, youth services, or similar

You can stay calm when behaviour escalates
-
You’re confident, kind, and not easily rattled

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
