Not every pupil finds school easy. Some need a trusted adult by their side to help them navigate the day. That’s where you come in.

We’re recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work 1:1 in SEN schools supporting pupils with complex behavioural needs. These schools are calm, well-led, and value their support staff properly.

The role:

  • Providing consistent 1:1 behaviour and emotional support

  • Supporting routines, transitions, and regulation strategies

  • Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them

  • Being a reassuring presence when things feel overwhelming

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has SEN, care, youth work, or behaviour support experience

  • Is patient, resilient, and emotionally switched on

  • Wants to make a genuine difference, not just tick boxes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
