We’re recruiting a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to work with a pupil who needs help managing emotions and behaviour in a specialist setting. The school is experienced, structured, and values staff who bring calm to challenging moments.

You’ll be supporting:

  • Emotional regulation and positive behaviour

  • Transitions and routines

  • Learning in and out of the classroom

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in behaviour support, care, or youth work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
