We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in secondary schools across Redcar. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner who is passionate about raising attainment and building students’ confidence in Maths.
Plan and deliver high-quality KS3 & KS4 Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities, including SEND and lower-attaining pupils
Track progress, assess learning, and support students to achieve strong GCSE outcomes
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic progress
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life where appropriate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 within a UK secondary setting
Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
Passion for improving outcomes and building positive relationships with learners
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
