We take care of all vetting, compliance and safeguarding checks, so you can focus on your pupils, knowing every educator arrives ready and cleared to work.
Every educator we place with you undergoes a robust set of checks in line with the DfE statutory guidance, Keeping Children Safe in Education.
This includes the supplementary advice relating to checks for people working with children under the age of 8.
We also offer online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all of our workers.
Our checks include:
- Identity verification
- Barred List check
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure
(plus any overseas police checks when needed) - Prohibition from teaching orders (NCTL)
- Childcare Disqualification Declaration
(including disqualification by association)
- Right to work in the UK
- References and employment history
