As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you’ll be the steady presence that keeps learning on track.

Your role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):

• Leading pre-planned lessons across year groups
• Covering teacher absence confidently
• Delivering booster and intervention sessions
• Supporting pupils with additional needs
• Maintaining positive classroom behaviour

You’ll need:

• HLTA qualification or strong classroom leadership experience
• Confidence managing behaviour
• Flexibility across year groups
• Strong communication skills

Experience in SEND settings is welcomed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
