Your Role

Delivering targeted reading and maths interventions
Tracking pupil progress
Supporting classroom learning when needed
Helping pupils build confidence and independence

Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
Confident with phonics and numeracy
Organised and reliable
Encouraging and patient
