Your Role

Supporting phonics groups
Leading small play-based learning activities
Supporting personal and social development
Observing and feeding back on pupil progress
Helping create a calm, stimulating environment

The Ideal Candidate

EYFS or nursery experience
Confident supporting early phonics
Energetic and nurturing
Good understanding of child development
