We’re working with a vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets that’s looking for a committed PE teacher to join their team. It’s a diverse, energetic school where sport is valued not just for fitness, but for teamwork, resilience, and confidence-building too.
You’ll be teaching PE across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that get students involved, challenged, and proud of what they can achieve. Behaviour is well-managed, SLT are supportive, and the department works together properly, no lone wolves here.
What you’ll be doing:

Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4

Planning and delivering inclusive, high-energy lessons

Encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits
-
Being part of a supportive PE department that shares ideas and resources

Getting involved in extracurricular sport, if that’s your thing
What we’re looking for:

UK QTS (or working towards it)
-
A PE specialist who knows how to engage secondary-aged pupils
-
Confident classroom and behaviour management
-
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for sport and young people
-
ECTs are welcome, as are experienced teachers looking for a fresh setting
