The role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader to step into a key senior role, providing strategic leadership across a thriving Commerce Faculty.

You’ll lead a talented and committed team spanning Maths, Business, ICT, and related disciplines, shaping curriculum, driving standards, and supporting staff to do their best work. You’ll be part of a supportive senior leadership team that values collaboration, consistency, and calm classrooms.

Essential skills and attributes

• Strong awareness of safeguarding and child protection, with up-to-date training or a willingness to complete it

• Experience working within an educational setting

• Knowledge of school standards and procedures, or openness to training

• Adaptable leadership style, able to work effectively with a wide range of people

• Commitment to continuous professional development

• A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

• Ability to build positive, professional relationships with staff, students, and parents

• Confidence working as part of a collaborative team

Relevant experience

• Handling sensitive and confidential student information professionally and discreetly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
