This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader to step into a key senior role, providing strategic leadership across a thriving Commerce Faculty.
You’ll lead a talented and committed team spanning Maths, Business, ICT, and related disciplines, shaping curriculum, driving standards, and supporting staff to do their best work. You’ll be part of a supportive senior leadership team that values collaboration, consistency, and calm classrooms.
This role would suit someone who enjoys thinking big, leading from the front, and creating the conditions where both staff and students can thrive.

Essential skills and attributes
Strong awareness of safeguarding and child protection, with up-to-date training or a willingness to complete it
Experience working within an educational setting
Knowledge of school standards and procedures, or openness to training
Adaptable leadership style, able to work effectively with a wide range of people
Commitment to continuous professional development
A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
Ability to build positive, professional relationships with staff, students, and parents
Confidence working as part of a collaborative team
Relevant experience
Handling sensitive and confidential student information professionally and discreetly
