A welcoming Gateshead primary school (approximately 280 pupils) is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who brings the right personality and attitude - experience is not essential.

The school believes great support staff are built on empathy, reliability, and willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within a Year 2 classroom

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery

• Working with small groups to reinforce learning

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

• Helping pupils feel confident and supported
