A supporting and welcoming primary school in Ealing are looking for a confident HLTA who’s happy to step into classes across all year groups. If you enjoy variety, value a nurturing school ethos and bring that calm, can-do energy children naturally gravitate towards, this role could be a lovely fit.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing flexible cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

  • Leading small group interventions and occasional whole-class teaching

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment 

  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to keep learning flowing smoothly

What the school is looking for

  • HLTA experience or Level 4 qualification

  • Confidence leading groups and whole classes

  • Warm communication and strong teamwork

  • Someone who enjoys the buzz of supporting different year groups

  • A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
