Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to join a warm and supportive primary school in Watford from February 2026. This long-term opportunity will run through to July 2026, giving you the chance to make a meaningful and lasting impact within Key Stage 2.
You will be supported by an experienced full-time Teaching Assistant and a collaborative senior leadership team who value creativity, professionalism, and a strong community ethos. The school actively encourages staff to share ideas, innovate in the classroom, and play a full role in wider school life.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet a wide range of abilities and needs
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Demonstrate high expectations and a commitment to excellent outcomes
Engage in ongoing CPD to further develop teaching practice
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
QTS, ECT, FQT, PGCE – all qualified teachers are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for motivating and inspiring pupils at this crucial stage
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
