As a SEND Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who need additional support in the classroom. This may include:
Supporting a child 1:1 during lessons
Helping pupils stay focused and engaged
Encouraging positive behaviour
Supporting children with social and emotional development
Working alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
