We’re looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to take on a lively, friendly Year 3 class. You’ll be joining a school where staff genuinely pull together and leadership never forgets what it feels like to be starting out.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading your Year 3 class in core and foundation subjects, with planning support from experienced colleagues

• Embedding clear routines and high expectations while keeping learning fun and accessible

• Encouraging confidence and curiosity through engaging lessons

• Taking part in school life, from assemblies to after-school clubs – maybe even helping with choir or football if that’s your thing

What you’ll need:

• UK QTS (or pending) and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching

• A reflective, kind approach to classroom management

• A passion for helping children achieve their best, while keeping joy in learning at the centre

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
