Do you have experience supporting autistic learners with additional behavioural needs? We are recruiting a full-time Autism & Behaviour Support Assistant within a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support structured routines and visual strategies
• Assist with behaviour management and de-escalation
• Promote communication and independence
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
