“I’ve spent the last 15 years helping schools find the people who make a real difference.
Education has always been more than just a job for me. It’s about shaping futures and supporting those who do the same every day. I joined Protocol Education because their values align with mine: genuine relationships, integrity, and a commitment to putting people first. I take pride in really getting to know both schools, educators and consultants. For me, recruitment is about connection, care and creating opportunities that matter.”
The best part of my job is helping people grow and seeing them realise what they’re capable of, build confidence, and reach goals they’ve worked hard for.
