A bit about me

“I've been in education since 2012 when I qualified as a primary teacher. Over a decade later, I'm now Head of Secondary at Protocol Education, helping schools navigate some of the toughest staffing challenges they've ever faced.

My journey from classroom to recruitment has given me a unique perspective. I've worked across business development, operations, and governance and I've seen firsthand what schools need to succeed and where the system falls short.

As a father of two, education matters to me more than ever. I'm passionate about making sure every educator we work with is valued and supported, and that schools get a genuinely specialist, bespoke service, not just another agency filling gaps.

The challenges are real, but I'm a solutions person. I believe in collaboration, building partnerships that work, and bringing the right people together to make things happen.”
