A bit about me
I'm the Managing Director at Protocol Education, and I have one simple aim: to help everyone achieve their goals.
With a career spanning more than two decades in recruitment and leadership, I’m passionate about creating environments where people can thrive — whether that’s educators finding the right role, clients building stronger schools, or my own teams achieving their potential.
Known for my clear leadership and forward-thinking approach, I bring a mix of commercial focus, innovation, and a genuine belief in people. I’m committed to building a business that delivers outstanding results while staying true to its purpose: helping every child access a great education through great educators.
Outside of work, I have two young girls I love building memories with and I’m Vice Chair of Governors at a local primary school.
Working with amazing people and helping them achieve their goals, it's why I do it.
With the family - Anywhere, hot with cocktails, a pool and with interesting things to see and do. With my wife - I love a city break, Budapest is one of my favourites.
I'm one of those weird people who don't drink coffee - sorry!
