We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive setting in Stockon-on-Tees who are looking for a dedicated Youth Worker to support young people with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH. This is a meaningful opportunity to help young people build confidence, resilience and trust in a supportive educational environment.

Role overview
As a Youth Worker within the school setting, you’ll support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them to regulate emotions, engage with learning and develop positive social skills. You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, relationship-led support tailored to each young person’s needs.
You’ll play a key role in promoting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour and personal development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
