Psychology Graduate - Trainee Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting a Psychology Graduate to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in a specialist setting in Durham

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation

• Implement behaviour support strategies

• Build positive relationships with pupils

• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff

Skills & Experience

• Psychology degree or related field

• Interest in behaviour, SEN or mental health

• Resilient and empathetic nature

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
