You’ve written essays on behaviour. Now see it unfold in front of you.
Schools across Tyne and Wear are looking for energetic Psychology graduates who can build rapport, think on their feet and become positive adult role models.
This is structured school life - but it’s far from boring.
You’ll:
Support lessons in English, maths and GCSE prep
Mentor students one-to-one
Join in breaktime football or basketball
Sit with students at lunch and build real conversations
Take part in table games and friendly competitions
You’ll learn more about behaviour in one week here than months of theory.
From helping a student understand Shakespeare in the morning to kicking a football around at break, this is a varied and energetic role.
And yes - structured lunch activities might include table tennis, creative games or even some light-hearted console competitions.
Term-time availability is essential.
If you’re confident, calm and naturally good with people, you’ll thrive.
