The Senior Leadership Team places high importance on supporting Early Career Teachers with manageable workload expectations and regular feedback.

They are seeking an ECT to teach a Year 3 class, working closely with an experienced phase leader and SENCO.

The Role:

• Teaching a Year 3 class

• Delivering structured core and foundation lessons

• Supporting pupils with varying academic needs

• Implementing consistent behaviour strategies

• Engaging with parents and carers

Essential Requirements:

• QTS
