Testimonial - Another Happy Essex Teacher!

18/07/17

Here is a testimonial from one of Protocol Education Essex's very happy Teacher:

"As another successful year ends I would like to extend my thanks and give praise to my consultant, Ian Chilmaid.

It has been nearly 8 years since I first signed up with Protocol and after 4 years in permanent full-time positions as an Art teacher, I renewed the relationship first through Matt and then Ian. Ian has been not just a consultant for the past 3 years but an adviser as well; he listens to my requirements and goes beyond his remit in trying to facilitate them.

On occasions, this has meant enquiringly within the different departments and sometimes different branches of Protocol. He understands that the staff he represents are not just a commodity to sell but are clients themselves and is totally professional in recognising this, something some other agencies fail to understand."

Any problems that I may have ever encountered from a placement (very few) are always treated with respect and acted on; he resolves any financial issues swiftly and effectively. When assignments are given he does so with courtesy, comprehensively and with respect.

I have written 10 blogs for Protocol and several end with glowing praise for Protocol; as a company you are the best in ease of time sheets, great training sessions and social events but more importantly is the relationship between the teacher-consultant-client relationship; this has to inspire confidence, be professional, hassle free and respectful and Ian has fulfilled this role the whole time I have known him.

I have had recent offers by other Recruitment agencies and schools alike but it is for the above-mentioned reasons that I remain at Protocol."

Wow - we are so happy you are enjoying your time at Protocol Education!

If you are looking to work for Ian or his colleagues at our Essex team check out their latest jobs here or just get in touch for a chat. We hope to speak to you soon!
