Protocol Education Watford Has Been a Wonderful Team to Work With!

I was very impressed with Protocol Education – and in particular, with Carol, and the team at the Watford branch!

I was initially a little nervous about delving into the business of supply teaching, after years of working full-time in Primary, I opted to go with Protocol Education because my last school had always sworn by them. I also liked that they had an office, where I could go and talk to someone face to face.

After the first phone conversation, to book the appointment, I was able to go there to meet the team, and have a cup of coffee with Carol, whilst she explained the whole process to me.

From that point on, I didn’t look back:

• I was offered work almost every single day, with the option of holiday days in nurseries too.
• Some jobs came via the other offices, so they covered a huge area.
• Jobs were varied and interesting, from large London schools, to village schools with twelve to a class- yes really!
• Jack, the lovely SEN Consultant, was able to book me days in SEN settings, to add to my range of working experiences.
• Information about schools was always up to date and honest.
• We were in daily contact , and if Carol, the Primary Consultant wasn’t there, someone else on the team was always there, ready to help, with all my details to hand.
• Any problems with bookings were sorted out for me, straight away.
• Most timesheets were completed online and payment was always prompt.
• I felt they really listened to me and were genuinely trying to help.
• Everyone was always friendly, whether it was 7am, or 6.30pm.
• The office is very easily reached from the Metropolitan line, and just 5 minutes walk from Watford Junction mainline station (London Euston 18 minutes away).
• There is off street parking if you’re driving.
• The whole experience of doing supply has been very positive, and has given me more than I could have imagined, to add to job applications since .

Yes, I can honestly say that Carol is an absolute star and Protocol Education Watford has been a wonderful team to work with.

I would recommend them to anyone considering doing supply!
