Alessio is a SEND Teaching Assistant working for our Leeds Secondary SEND team, He had some very kind words to say about the Leeds office in general and Tracey Lynch in particular:

“I have been impressed by Protocol Education ever since I took my first step in their office; it is a vibrant environment and a very precise organisation. Everybody is exquisite but one person immediately stands out, she is always the first one to welcome me at the office door and never lets me go unheard.
I am amazed by her speed and precision of response to any of my queries or requests. She regularly answers my e-mails far earlier than I expect. She comes and visits me at work, never empty handed. She has positions organised before the actual one ends, and all information is provided in great detail.
Tracey is a great professional to work with, and a great person too; never misses a phone call to update the situation or any advice to support practice. I have a high regard for her work; when I asked her for a reference, to support my enrolment on a PGCE course, I knew it would have boosted my application. I was right. Tracey knows how to make employees feel great and empowered on professional choices and supported on their practice. I know I can rely on her.”
