Launching Our CACHE Endorsed Learning Programmes

15/02/15

Following the successful trials of our CACHE Endorsed Learning Programmes we are now ready to release them to you! Cache Endorsed Learning Programmes
If you haven’t heard already Protocol Education are working alongside the TA College and CACHE to provide quality online learning to our Teaching Assistants to better equip them to support students in EAL, SEND, Literacy and Numeracy.

These programmes provide teaching assistants with a further understanding of each area as well as real strategies to support students in each area. They offer them the chance to reflect on their own practice and look at areas for potential improvement.

Here are some quotes from our teaching assistants who have already trialled the programmes:

  • “The EAL course is helping me structure lessons that will build pupils' confidence and boost English language development, in a balance of all the strategies and resources suggested.” - Teaching Assistant, Mayflower Primary School, Leicester
  • “Filling out a reflective diary really helped me to reflect on the strategies I was using to support the child, and improve them. It also made the child's learning preferences more apparent and I was able to adapt my support to better suit these.” - Teaching Assistant, Bristol

For more information visit our website or contact Trisha at tbrook@protocol-education.com and find out how you can start your online training journey!
