Essex Schools' Praise for Protocol Education

25/11/16

Protocol Education's Chelmsford Primary and Secondary teams have received three terrific testimonials from schools across Essex recently.

Here's what the schools had to say:

"Protocol has been providing us with long-term agency supply staff for the past 4 years and more recently daily supply.  I have found all the staff extremely helpful.  In particular, I have found Ian Chilmaid very professional and honest.  He listens to our requests and understands the school and its requirements responding efficiently and effectively. As a result, he provides us with good quality staff who are able to fulfil the needs of the school, as well as demonstrate our values and promises.  I would fully recommend Protocol to any school."

"In summer 2016 we reviewed the provision we received from our supply agency. As it stood the service was somewhere from poor to adequate, usually culminating in late replacements and then questionable quality in terms of providing the best provision for our children.  In September 2016 we switched to Matthew at Protocol and have nothing but praise. Ultimately, Matthew and protocol now provide us with:

  1. User-friendly service, always available at the end of a phone or email with clear communication of actions
  2. Swift resolution to  offering supply
  3. Good quality supply teachers
  4. Important safeguarding documentation easily and readily shared
  5. A clear sense of value as a 'customer'.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matthew and Protocol to another school."

Vice Principal
Thorpe Greenways Primary School

"I have worked with Michaela for about a year now and she honestly makes my life so much easier. Our school has had a turbulent time with staffing and sickness and Michaela is always the first person I contact to try and get daily or long term supply. Communication has always been excellent and she has also visited the school, which actually made a huge difference to assure me of the service we receive.
We have had some difficult placements of long-term supply but Michaela was always available to speak to both myself and the teacher and came in to do joint observations so she could understand our point of view.
I know supply agencies are not teaching experts in the sense of day to day observations etc but Michaela has always taken feedback I have given and also been honest about candidates when I have needed someone specific, e.g. for a difficult class. I have always been very happy with the service provided by Michaela as the personal touch we receive and because of her attitude, approach, professional and honesty, we will continue to use Protocol as our first contact for all supply needs".
