Eko Trust Bespoke Recruitment Event

10/05/17

On Weds 3rd May, Protocol Education held a bespoke recruitment event on behalf of the Eko Trust in Newham. The event was a drinks evening where senior teachers from the east London schools got to meet teachers interested in working with this forward thinking new Trust.

The event was the successful first outing for the emerging partnership between Protocol Education and the Trust. The schools new they had a number of vacancies to fill immediately and for September and did not just want to passively advertise and hope for the best to fill them. Protocol Education took up this challenge, actively seeking teaching candidates who matched the schools' requirements and brought them together at the event at Stratford.

The Trust were impressed with the quality of teachers in attendance, the speed of arranging the event and the innovative approach Protocol Education had taken to help them meet their recruitment targets.

If you are looking to recruit staff for September contact your nearest Protocol Education branch to find out what’s possible.
