Youth workers in Southwark
We have an opportunity to work with a school in Southwark that provides specialist education for students that struggle with attention and behaviour differences. They have a range of SEMH (Social and emotional mental health needs) and the school are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are prepared to support and manage the students as well as being a role model that they can look to for advice and guidance.
The role will include working with mixture of students with varied learning needs. The main expectation of this LSA role will require you to provide 1-1 student support and, if needed, supporting small groups of students within a classroom setting.

This current LSA post is ideal for candidates with previous youth worker experience, who may have worked with children with ASD, ADHD and Language Difficulties. Experience working with children in the last 3 years is essential (Voluntary welcome).
