Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with schools in Enfield The schools are looking for an experienced LSA with experience in behaviour management to join their growing team.

You will be working with children of all age groups. Most of the children you will be working with have behaviour difficulties.

To be eligible to apply for this position, it is essential that you are able to commit to dealing with challenging behaviour {Alternatively, transferable experience will be considered}. In addition to this TEAM TEACH will be useful in this post; however, training will be provided.

You will need to be available to start immediately, as well as being able to commit to working full school hours, 5 days per week. You must have a good command of numeracy and literacy, as this is especially important when supporting pupils with limited communication skills.
