Job description
A vibrant and innovative School (are seeking youth mentors to work with pupils with challenging behaviour) in the Bromley area. We are supporting a an award winning SEND school in Bromley area. They are seeking learning support assistants who can commit on a long term basis. We have a number of schools who are seeking individuals on a full time basis working 5 days a week. Our clients are all well established and well known in the South East area.

The role will involve you working closely with special needs children; on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

We are looking for enthusiastic, strong willed people who are up for a challenge, who can bring their unique skills to our schools and are happy to work in a challenging environment.

The role:

• Working 5 days a week: 8:30-15:30
• Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and autism
• Working within either Primary or Secondary classes
• Working with an experienced SEND Teacher

You will gain invaluable experience within a very well established school who are seeking LSA's on a long term basis. The school give full training but would prefer someone who has experience with children. This experience can be from any background for example; tutoring, football coaching, youth work or care work.
