Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting experienced youth workers, to work in one of our leading Special Needs Schools, as a learning support assistant.

The school is based in the Eltham near public transport or by driving, as nearby parking will be available to all staff members!

The role will consist of you working closely with special needs pupils, both on a 1:1, and small-group basis. You will be assisting them with their daily challenges, activities, and any obstacles that they may have.

We are a leading, nationwide, school and teaching based recruitment agency, and are known for our exceedingly high success rate for our candidates.

All successful candidates will be provided with their own personal consultant, who will guide them through the entire registration and placement process. You will also receive a competitive pay package, with regular salary increases, and guaranteed local work in your area.

Are you currently working as a youth worker? Do you have support working experience? Do you have a passion for helping others better their lives?

If you answered yes to any of the above, I want to hear from you! All you have to do is send your most current CV to ellen.pitman@protocol-education.com, and I will be in touch.

This is an amazing opportunity if you want to get into the teaching field. If you currently do not hold any school-based experience, that's okay, we will find you a role suitable for you!

Please note, the role will involve you working during term times, from 8am to 4pm, 5 days a week.
