Job description
Position: Year 7 Intervention Teacher
Duration: 1 Year
Start Date: September 2017

We are looking for a teacher to work with Year 7 in an alternative provision school in the Doncaster area.

You will be a qualified teacher with experience teaching across all subjects within key stage 3.

You will be working with students teaching them and supporting them through their transition from Primary to Secondary school.

Experience teaching in upper key stage would be advantageous.

You will need:

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Great classroom management
• Have knowledge and experience of the KS3 curriculum
• Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to help students to achieve to their full potential

You will need to have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one and supply 2 references of which one should be your most recent.
