Job description

We are actively recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to cover a Year 6 class until the end of the academic year at a school in south Nottingham. This is a full-time position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. 

The school is larger than average and has a mixed ability cohort. The school has a warm and supportive environement and high standards of all it's pupils.
 
 
To be considered for this role you must:
be a qualified teacher who holds QTS or equivalent

  • have recent experience teaching in a classroom environment


  • be knowledgeable in regards to appropriate safeguarding regulations and the prevent agenda


  • be an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to establish good working relationships with colleagues, parents and outside agencies


  • be a strong classroom manager who is able to create a purposeful learning environment to ensure the progress of all children in the classroom
