Thrive in Year 6, where every lesson counts and progress really matters?
Year 6 is a big one. SATs prep, growing independence, and getting pupils ready for that next step into secondary school. If you enjoy the focus and purpose of this year group but want more flexibility, supply teaching gives you the best of both worlds.
We’re working with a range of supportive primary schools across BS15 where Year 6 teams are focused, collaborative, and committed to helping every pupil succeed.
What your week could look like:
Leading focused, engaging lessons that keep learning on track
Supporting pupils through key learning moments and building confidence
Stepping into well-structured classrooms with clear expectations
No long-term pressure, just impactful teaching where it matters most
We’re looking for someone who:
Understands the demands of Year 6 and can hit the ground running
Brings confidence, structure, and strong classroom management
Builds rapport quickly with pupils and staff
Is flexible, reliable, and ready to step into different environments
What you’ll get with us:
Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella hassle
Flexible working, you choose your days
FREE CPD, including Team Teach
Friendly, honest support from people who know schools inside out
Social events, think bowling and pizza nights
£50 refer-a-friend bonus, always a bonus
