Average house rentals for a family size home in Medway varies from £750 upwards or to buy is £185,000 ++ for a three bedroom home. Kent as a whole has a lot to offer and the Medway Towns has a multi-million pound regeneration project currently being spent on it. With great prospects, connections and school improvements, house prices are expected to rise over the next 5 years to be above the national average. Culturally, living in Medway has much to offer; with excellent shopping with Bluewater on your door step, the historical City of Rochester only minutes away offering a wide range of theatre, film and nightlife and much more to discover in the Garden of England. Leeds Castle, Dover Castle, Hever Castle and more ensure an enriched family life is just a short drive away - and family life couldn't be easier with Disneyland Paris less than 2 hours from Ashford International for those with a more cosmopolitan nature.
