We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our ambitious and supportive primary school in Watford from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging, challenging and purposeful learning and who wants to help pupils achieve their full potential as they move towards the final years of primary school.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has high expectations of achievement, behaviour and personal development
• Is passionate about delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Can inspire, motivate and challenge pupils of all abilities
• Uses assessment effectively to support progress and identify next steps
• Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child can succeed
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to school life
• Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils and families
