We’re recruiting Year 5 Teachers for welcoming and forward-thinking primary schools across Leeds and Wakefield starting this September. These are permanent opportunities in schools where staff wellbeing matters, leadership is approachable, and planning meetings don’t feel like endurance events.

The role includes:

  • Teaching a settled Year 5 class
  • Delivering engaging and challenging KS2 lessons
  • Preparing pupils for Upper KS2 transition
  • Working alongside supportive KS2 teams
  • Helping pupils grow in confidence and independence

We’d love to hear from teachers who:

  • Hold UK QTS
  • Have KS2 teaching experience
  • Build strong classroom relationships quickly
  • Bring enthusiasm, structure, and creativity into lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
