Job description
Protocol Education are working with a mainstream Primary School in Slough, Berkshire to recruit a Year 5 Class Teacher from January to cover long term sick
Our academy serves a richly diverse community in central Slough. The area's many faiths and languages make it a stimulating, inclusive and exciting place to live and learn. They are proud of their pupils' progress and achievements in their academic studies as well as in sport, the arts and as future citizens of Slough and the United Kingdom.

To be suitable for this position you will need:
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Extensive knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2, with particular experience in teaching Year 5
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Innovative and resourceful teaching methods

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
