Year 5 Class Teacher | Immediate Start

We’re on the lookout for a Year 5 Class Teacher who can bring energy, creativity, and a calm, confident presence to the classroom. Someone who knows how to challenge pupils while still making learning feel exciting, relevant, and enjoyable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a lively, engaged Year 5 class
• Planning and delivering lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence
• Supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition to upper KS2
• Creating a classroom where every child feels seen, heard, and encouraged

What We Need To Get You Started:

We like to keep things simple and transparent, so you know exactly what’s needed.

• Passport
• Two proofs of address, such as driving licence, utility bill or council tax letter
• CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including your most recent school placement
• Overseas police check if you have lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
