Job description
Year 4 Teaching Assistant needed for a large friendly school in Wimbledon!

Protocol has been appointed by a local school to look for someone who has a passion for working with 5 to 11 year olds and who has a commitment to providing each child with rich and varied experiences to further their learning and development. The position is to start in September 2016 and is to work at a very welcoming and inclusive school, with an outstanding reputation. This key person role within the schools professional and supportive team offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their own practice and skills whilst contributing to the work and progress of the school.

The school have been rated as Outstanding in their last Ofsted!

Experience working with children is essential for this role and you must have the ability to relate well to children and adults to establish good working relationships. You must be able to utilise strategies to support children in achieving learning goals and you must be able to inspire, motivate and have high expectations for the pupils
