Protocol Education is looking to recruit a confident and caring Year 4 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting after the summer holiday.

This is a lovely opportunity for a teacher who enjoys building strong relationships and providing consistency during an important part of the school year. You’ll be taking full class responsibility in Year 3, delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ academic and personal development, and working closely with a supportive KS2 team to ensure a smooth and positive transition.

You Will Be:

  •      Qualified teacher, comfortable taking full responsibility for a Year 4 class
  •      Confident supporting children across KS2, with a good understanding of the primary curriculum
  •      Patient, calm, and nurturing in your approach
  •      Friendly and approachable, building positive relationships with pupils and staff
  •      Adaptable and proactive, happy to support pupils with additional needs where required

What We Need to Clear You:

  •      Passport
  •      2 proofs of address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill, council tax, P45/60)
  •      CV covering 10 years of all work or education, with gaps accounted for
  •      2 years of references (including childcare - if applicable)
  •      OSPC if you lived overseas for 3 months or more in the last 5 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
