Your Role Will Involve:
- Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons to a Year 4 class
- Working closely with the parallel teacher to plan and assess pupil progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and resilience
- Supporting pupils’ development across both academic and personal areas
- Contributing to wider school life, including events, clubs, and CPD
Candidate Profile:
- Holds UK QTS and recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum, including preparation for upper KS2
- Committed to delivering high-quality teaching with a clear focus on pupil outcomes
- Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Confident, reflective, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement
