The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Plan effectively to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Create a positive classroom culture where pupils feel confident and motivated.
• Use assessment and feedback to identify gaps and accelerate pupil progress.
• Develop pupils' independence, resilience and enthusiasm for learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
• Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• An enthusiastic and inspirational classroom practitioner.
• Experienced in, or keen to develop their experience within, Key Stage 2.
• Committed to high expectations of behaviour, progress and achievement.
• Able to differentiate effectively and support the needs of all pupils.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for children.
