Protocol Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a warm, inclusive and welcoming primary school in Southend-on-Sea.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

The Role

• Full-time Year 3 class teacher position
• Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential
