Job description
A large 2 form entry Primary School in Leeds are currently seeking a creative and well-organized Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to work in their Year 2 class. The teacher will be responsible for all class planning and preparation ensuring all learning abilities are met, challenged and assessed. The right person should demonstrate a clear understanding of moderation and the attainment levels involved and ideally have some knowledge of statutory requirements.

This school believes in the working together as a team to support the needs of all staff and children. This role is set to last for a minimum of 1 academic year starting in September 2016 but could potentially become a permanent role.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

* At least 12 months experience within a similar setting

* QTS or a PGCE

* A positive approach to teaching

* The ability to build good relationships with the staff and children

* Enthusiasm and the ability to engage pupils through effective learning
